I designed this webpage after researching cooperative purchasing agreements, one in particular called SourceWell, which Caterpillar has been contracted to participate in with the US Government for non-military agencies.
I utilized an accordion to break down all contracts into a concise list that can be expanded if the viewer wants to learn more about a particular contract.
I wanted to make it easy for customers to read, understand, and navigate to SourceWell to look at the contracts available through our dealership, check if their employer is already a member, or sign up for a membership.
I created this flyer set to highlight a newer line of Caterpillar generator sets for standby applications. Next, I took general information for spec sheets and Caterpillar's website to get the most accurate information about specs. Finally, I highlighted some critical models we tend to have in our inventory.
Since generators can be referred to by a general engine number but more specifically by the eKW power ratings, I categorized them by the available numbers.
I indicated the other name and corresponding eKW rating so customers who didn't have a deep understanding could more quickly grasp the terminology and logic behind it.
This flyer was created to highlight our New Customer Special at the beginning of the year.
I aimed to mix the traditional dealership advertisement look by lining up some models.
Then, I mixed some rough texture and lines at the bottom since we focused on small contractors and ports needing temporary power.
I added some circuit board elements to tie our being power systems into the design and fill some of the empty space.
This is the most recent physical mailer I created and sent to all Power Systems customers.
It is a general message to increase awareness of everything this fraction of the dealership offers.
There has not been much strategy behind these mailers prior to me entering this role so I am looking to gain general awareness for now.
In the future, with my next mailer in Q3, I plan to create a mailer with similar messages that have segmented imagery and services based on the main industries we serve.
These are some gifs I have created to have eye-catching content within my email campaigns.
Since not all email platforms are compatible with gifs, I lean on the side of making gifs that are not essential to understanding the content of the email. It is more so just acting as a cherry on top.
This video was to highlight a New Customer Special via a Reel. I clipped a GoPro to my car window and drove around the Rental lot. I edited the footage in Premiere Pro to improve it visually and reduce it to a smaller clip.
This was a Reel to highlight the accomplishment of the Power Systems Team going over two years without an accident. Of course, that goes for workers, customers, and property!
Sneak peek for an event giveaway on an Instagram and Facebook Story.
I wanted it to be quick and fade in to give the feeling that something was being revealed and make the viewer wait a second to see what was about to be revealed.
I wanted to create something entertaining for Valentine's Day.
Caterpillar had generated some static options, but I wanted a more interactive effect with graphics and a more romantic feel with the font choice. I used corny taglines I thought of to make it fun.
I created these as TV segments that were scheduled on our company-managed broadcasts.
1) for Parts & Service counters for customers to view, and 2) for our internal TVs in breakroom areas for employee communications.
